Payment Information

Registered Business Owners

After ordering in Benel’s web shop, you will receive an invoice by email. This invoice states the items currently in stock. After payment of this invoice, your order will be shipped. Items not in stock are held on backorder. You can view your current backorders in the "Back Order" tab in "My Details" (after logging in). Once an item in backorder is back in stock, you will receive an invoice notifying you of this.

There are several ways in which you can pay for your order:

	PayPal
	At Benel it is possible to pay with PayPal. PayPal provides consumers peace of mind with safe, secure and easy transactions.
	Creditcard Payment via Credit Card is accepted by Benel and can be used worldwide. Credit Card payments are quick and secure.
	Bank transfer
	After receiving your invoice, payment via bank transfer is possible. Please use the invoice number as a reference

Pick up and Pay

Private individuals can also order products from Benel through their web shop. The ordering process works exactly as you would except from other online shops apart from the delivery and payment method. You will be provided with a list of delivery locations whereby you choose the most convenient pick up location for yourself. Payment is then made to the dealer once upon collection of the product.
