If you are looking for an extremely powerful LED illuminated handheld microscope, the Carson MP-250 MicroFlip is the right choice. The magnification ranges from as much as 100x - 250x magnification. The MP-250 MicroFlip features flip-up objective base with aspherical lens system for highly accurate image quality. It also features a built-in UV torch that is perfect for detecting counterfeit money or spotting, for example.

The MicroFlip comes with a smartphone digiscoping clip. Use it to take photos and videos of your subject using the built-in camera application on your smartphone. Then share your images and videos on social media or email / Whats App them to family, colleagues and friends.

The smartphone digiscoping clip works with all smartphones. Thicker cases such as Otterbox's may need to be removed before attaching the digiscoping clip.

The MicroFlip runs on 1 AA battery (not included).

With the help of this compact handheld microscope, every detail becomes visible. By means of the button on the top you can turn the LED illumination on and off, this requires one AA battery (not included, optionally available). The LED lighting allows you to ensure that the object is optimally illuminated. By turning the upper ring you can adjust the magnification, after which you can use the lower ring to focus the image, allowing you to study the object even better.

Thanks to the quality of the lens, the compact handheld microscope can even be used without an LED. This handheld microscope is widely used by collectors of banknotes and stamps, but it is also widely used by growers to study their seedlings.
